Communication between platform users was facilitated by Twilio and Agora, which provide ready-made APIs for integrating audio and video calls into the mobile application. These solutions support real-time communication, offer high reliability, and provide advanced features for managing media streams. Firebase Cloud Messaging was used for sending push notifications to users’ mobile devices, allowing centralized management of notifications on both Android and iOS.
