We are looking for a Head of Engineering who will become a key pillar for our engineering teams—helping maintain the balance between development speed, solution quality, and real business priorities. In this role, it is important to combine technical expertise, системatic thinking, and the ability to build and grow strong teams.

🤝 What we expect:

— 5+ years of commercial experience in backend development, including building scalable architecture with Node.js and/or Python;
— Experience in system architecture design (microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture);
— Hands-on experience managing multiple development teams simultaneously;
— Understanding of mobile development (iOS, Android, Flutter) at a managerial level: architectural approaches, release processes;
— Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments;
— English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher;
— Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and explain engineering decisions to business stakeholders.

💡 Your main responsibilities:

— Collaborating with all engineering teams: iOS, Android, Flutter, Backend, Web;
— Participating in product planning together with the CEO, CTO, and CPO;
— Providing technical oversight of architectural decisions and code quality;
— Building transparent communication between business and development: timelines, risks, statuses;
— Hiring, onboarding, and developing engineers;
— Optimizing delivery processes and reducing time-to-market;
— Managing technical debt and infrastructure.

💪 Nice to have:

— Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices;
— Understanding of App Store and Google Play release processes;
— Experience working in product companies with a large portfolio of applications.
